The views are terrific, but check the weather forecast for cloud cover and wind speed . You can make it a circular walk by returning most of the way down the Snowdon Ranger Path before linking back to Rhyd Ddu. | |

8km | This is an interesting walk that goes around Lake Padarn. It starts out on a quiet road then goes through woodland and finishes along the side of the lake. It is worth stopping half way round the walk to visit the Slate Museum
